BuzzRack's EAZZY series offers convenient mounting, user-friendly features and compact storage. The EAZZY series is a good solution for bikes with carbon frames, as no pressure is placed on the carbon tubes. EAZZY2 is a good and well-designed bike rack that is both smart, sophisticated and good value for money. It is easy to fold, using the two wheel supports which can be folded into the posts of the bicycle holder, and can be kept closed by the included straps. This makes it easy to lift, easy to mount and easy to store in e.g. the luggage compartment. The metal parts are made of steel, but because it's a vertical 2-hand lift, it feels surprisingly light and doesn't strain the back when mounting or dismounting.

COLLECTION:

EAZZY2 is delivered assembled, except for the lights, which must be attached. These are attached with 1 single screw on each side - this makes the lights easy to replace if damaged. All accessories and tools are included in the delivery.

ADAPTATION TO THE CAR:

EAZZY2 is mounted on the car in a folded state. This gives you all the space you need to work on the towbar. Once EAZZY2 is placed on the towbar, it supports itself - so you can let go of the bike carrier without it falling to the ground. After the bike carrier is attached to the towbar, the weight is taken again, the tightening knob is turned until it is completely tight, and finally it is locked. BuzzRack's holders conform to the very precise standard XPR-18-904-4, which is why an anti-weld buckle is included; this has an integrated handle and 2 or 3 turns of this is typically sufficient.

THE LIGHTING SYSTEM:

The EAZZY2 comes with a 13-pole lighting system, including a rear light and UK-compliant fog lights. Adapter from 13-pin to 7-pin is not included.

TILT FUNCTION:

EAZZY2 has a tilt function, which allows easier access to the luggage compartment. Rocking is light and balanced, even with full load. EAZZY2 sits high on the towbar and the tilting function is optimized to prevent the light from hitting the road. However, this tilting function does not allow the opening of high, vertical tailgates, such as VW Transporter T5 and T6.

TRANSPORT OF BICYCLES:

The wheel holders will have room for all wheel distances, even children's bikes. The long rubber padded wheel straps can hold tires with a width of up to 3.25”; pull the straps to tighten and use the quick release to loosen again. EAZZY2 is perfectly suited to bikes with carbon frames; the rubber-padded bike frame walls rotate 360 ​​degrees, while resistant straps hold any type of tube firmly but gently. The maximum permitted load is 40 kg, and the individual bicycle must weigh a maximum of 20 kg. Electric bikes up to 20 kg can be carried, but the EAZZY series is not optimal for these bikes. The inclined pipe is limited to 75mm in diameter (3”). The heaviest bicycle must always be loaded closest to the car. There is a built-in locking cable to secure the bikes; as usual, however, this is only a deterrent.

The maximum permissible load is also determined by the nose weight of the towbar; you must ensure that you do not exceed this before using a bike carrier. Requires 65mm clearance from the center of the towbar to the rear of the car.
