Welldon WD034 i-Size is suitable for children aged newborn - 12 years (40-150 cm).
The Welldon WD034 is designed to give your child the ultimate in safety and comfort on all your car journeys year after year. It impresses with a long service life from when the child is a newborn up to the age of 12. The car seat has the latest i-Size approval and can be used both forward-facing and rear-facing. Thanks to the child seat's 360 degree rotation, the child can be put in and taken out of the seat in an ergonomic way, which is comfortable for the parents.
WD034 is installed facing backwards when the child is 40-105 cm and can later be rotated 180 o for forward-facing position when the child is 76-150 cm. The car seat is installed easily and safely with the base's Isofix connector and support legs.

i-Size
Welldon WD034 is tested and certified to meet the latest European safety standard ECE R129/03, also called i-Size. i-Size is known for safety for children of all ages – and Welldon's car seat WD034 also offers that, as it can be used by children from newborn until they no longer need a child seat.
5-point harness protection
The Welldon WD034 has an integrated 5-point harness, which is the safest attachment method for children in car seats. In the event of a collision, the seat belt distributes the force of the impact over five points: two at the shoulders, two at the hips and one at the buckle between the legs. It helps protect your child's body from being hit by the full force at once.
Seat belt protectors
Soft harness protectors keep the child in place in case of collision and ensures that the 5-point harness is more comfortable so that it does not bother the child.
INSTALLATION
Welldon WD034 is approved to be mounted in three different ways:
- 40 – 105 cm. Isofix + Support legs + harness.
- 76 – 150 cm 1.Isofix + Support legs + harness.
- 100 – 150 cm 2. The car's 3-point seat belt.
Isofix
Installation is a breeze with isofix mounting, which is both the safest, easiest and fastest way to install a car seat. The chair's isofix connections are mounted with a single click in the car's isofix bracket until the indicator shows green. (Remember to check whether your car has built-in isofix).
5-point harness
The car seat's integrated 5-point harness protection can be used until the child reaches a maximum height of 100 cm. The 5-point harness is then stored away in the built-in box in the backrest, which is specially designed for storing the harness.
The 5-point harness has a practical tightening function.
How to do it: Release the buckle and pull the harness straps so that they loosen and make room for the child. Place the child in the seat and fasten the seat belt. Tighten the shoulder straps so that they are tight.
3-point harness
When the child reaches 100-150 cm in height, you switch from the integrated 5-point harness to the car's 3-point harness.
NOTE: The child must be a maximum of 100 cm tall when you switch to a 3-point harness.
How to do it: When you fit the 3-point harness, first adjust the height of the headrest so that it fits your child. Put the vehicle seat belt through the seat belt openings. Place your child in the car seat and fasten the vehicle seat belt with an audible "click".
FLEXIBILITY AND COMFORT
The Welldon WD034 provides maximum safety and flexibility throughout its impressively long service life. It is designed to grow step by step with your child from birth up to the age of 12.
Baby effort
For a start from the time the child is a newborn, the baby insert provides a perfect, comfortable, lying position for your baby. When the child no longer needs the insert from when it measures 75 cm and up, there is plenty of room for the child to grow in the chair.
Adjustable headrest
The adjustable headrest with a total of 12 headrest positions makes the car seat suitable for your growing child.
Adjustable sitting position
5 reclining sitting positions mean that you can adapt the chair to the child so that it achieves maximum comfort.
How to do it: To change the position, just grab the handle at the front of the seat and push or pull the seat to the desired position.
Ventilation system
Welldon WD034 has a ventilation system in the form of a special back design for better and more comfortable air ventilation for the child.
Easily transfer between rear-facing and forward-facing, the rotation system also makes the car seat easy to get baby in and out at 90°;
Removable and washable cover
Anyone who has children knows that small accidents can easily happen if the nappy leaks, the flight suit is dirty, the child gets motion sickness or leftover food is spilled or wiped off in the most easily accessible places, such as the car seat. That is why the fabric on the WD034 is also made so that it is washable. The seat cover is easily removable and can be washed at 30°C in a neutral detergent for easy maintenance.
